a) \({5 \over 9} \times {{12} \over 7} = {{5 \times 12} \over {9 \times 7}} = {{60} \over {63}} = {{21} \over {21}}\)
b) \({6 \over 5}:{5 \over {12}} = {6 \over 5} \times {3 \over 8} = {{6 \times 3} \over {5 \times 8}} = {{18} \over {40}} = {9 \over {20}}\)
c) \({9 \over {20}} \times {5 \over {12}} = {{9 \times 5} \over {20 \times 12}} = {{45} \over {240}} = {3 \over {16}}\)
