There is reality that in some countries, health care is provided for free by the State's budget regardless of person's income, which have long been protested by many people who argue that people should take responsibility in caring themselves. For me, strongly believe that the government should supply the health support for people depending on their income and contribution rate to the Social security Fund for these reasons: Firstly, It is admitted that the booming of old age pensioners and the development of medical facilities has brought about an increase in the treatment cost, laying aheavy burden on the state budget and tax payers. This situation leadsto an injustice for the people who are in the labour age, making them feel depressed and lack good motive at work. Secondly, Health is the most valuable treasure of people therefore, they must be accountable for that and have plan to invest in it since the early childhood. That means they must contribute their wages to the Social Security Fund and reserve sum of money for Health insurance. Thegovernment will provide heath care for them depending the rate of contribution paid by the labourers. Thirdly, There is an increase in the number of people who live in desperate situation due to famine, prolonged illnesses like orphans, old people without family. These miserable people desperately need the government 's aid and the support of charity fund to survive their hard times. In this case, the State should generously give aid to help them for the reasons of humanity and avoid the social unrest. Last but not least, wealthy person can pay for their health care thanks to their abundant financialsource. They are even ready to pay large sum of money to receive the best quality services like choosing the best doctors and first class medical facilities. this case, the government should let them be responsible for their health service, saving money for the needed people..
